Nuggets From Within, affectionately known as "NFW" is a twelve month program with coaching and spiritual truth impartations. NFW was birthed by our visionary, Dr. Teresa S. Johnson in 2019.

The program is designed to disciple women ages 18 and up who desire to pursue God's best for their lives.
